The idea of CDC Laboratories started with a mission to offer all under one roof clinical diagnostic services and to become the most trusted & reliable healthcare services provider in Pakistan. Diagnostic services opened to the public in 2004 at Lahore. Today, after 18 years, Alhamdulillah CDC network has reached 90 plus centers spread across 30 plus cities of Pakistan. Our diagnostic services strictly follow global guidelines and international standards. The ISO9001:2015 accredited pathology services are offered through a team of highly qualified pathologists and technologists who manage multiple labs in various cities of Pakistan. In the wave of the recent COVID-19 Pandemic, CDC has been delivering COVID-19 Diagnostics with exceptional turnaround times (TAT) at its NIH-approved testing facilities all over Pakistan. We helped enhance the diagnostic capacity of Pakistan. By collaboration with Government, CDC helped NCOC to deploy smart lock-downs to contain the pandemic spread.

Our history begins in 2004, when CEO of the company, Rana Muhammad Akhtar started the company, LABD SERVICE as a one-man establishment.
Rana Muhammad Akhtar had been working as a medical technologist in Mayo Hospital Lahore, the largest reference hospital in the town.
Adding to the practical know-how, a marketing experience of more than 15 years on Bio-Rad and Eppendorf products, two major biotech companies, oriented the CEOs direction to move forward in the field of biotechnology.
The first few years were affected by defining the strategic orientation of the company. During this time, other team members were joined making the company a perfect platform to serve the customers professionally and efficiently.
